It is often necessary to have multiple documents open at the same time but when it
comes to closing these documents a lot of time can be wasted. So why not
close all documents at once!
Before pressing the File command, press the
Shift key and
the command Close All will appear instead of
Close.

Select Close All and all open documents will close.
