Place cursor where
you want the accent inserted.

Type the keyboard
shortcut as listed in chart below

Type the character,
upper or lower case, depending on requirement.

Word will
automatically insert the letter with an accent

Caution:
If a letter
"normally" is not accented, Word will not place the accent on the letter.
For example: Pressing Ctrl + ' followed by
b will not add an accent to the letter
b.
