A helpful method to organize the "sea of e-mails" in your Inbox is
to colour code the incoming mail by sender.
Assign different colours to different addresses/senders. Colour coding
will highlight the e-mail separating the priority
messages.
-
Select an e-mail
from sender/address.
-
Click the
Organize icon.
-
A new pane will open in
the top portion of Inbox window. Click the
Using Colors
option.
-
Select
a colour to apply to e-mails from sender/address.
-
Click
Apply Color
button.
-
Close
Organize
box ("X" in top right corner of pane).
-
Any
new e-mails from sender/address will be colour coded as set.
