Each Excel worksheet holds it own individual page setup.
This includes margins, footers, page orientation, etc.
There may be occasions where you want multiple
worksheets to have the exact Page Setup. Setting the page setup options
for each spreadsheet can be time consuming plus you may miss entering an
option. Solution: copy page setups.
-
Go to the worksheet that contains the page setup
options you want to copy to other sheets.
-
Verify the setup is complete.
-
Press the Ctrl key and click the sheet tabs
of the other sheets that require the same formatting.

Selected sheets will be white in colour as sample above.
-
Release Ctrl key
-
From the File menu, select
Page
Setup
-
If necessary, change settings
-
Click OK
to copy the page setup options to all selected sheets
-
Right-mouse click on any selected sheet and select Ungroup Sheets.
Do not omit this step. When sheets are grouped, what you do in one
sheets happens in all sheets.

Caution:
This tip will not work for selecting Print Area or Print
Titles (rows/columns to repeat).
