Moving to a Different Sheet Tab Within the Same Workbook

Moving to a different sheet tab in Excel is relatively easy when there are only a few sheets but when there are numerous sheets and some appear "hidden" behind the scroll bar (as shown in the sample below), it can be cumbersome moving from sheet to sheet.

Solution:

  1. Right-mouse click in the middle of the Tab Scroll Bar (bottom left of screen, as shown in the sample above).
     

  2. A list of all sheets in workbook will open as shown in the sample below. The sheet name with a checkmark is the active sheet.

    In the sample below the active sheet is June.
     

  3. Left-click on a sheet name from the list and that clicked sheet will be the active sheet.

    Clicking on Totals from the list, in the sample below, would move cursor automatically to that sheet, making it the active sheet.
