Hiding Errors in Excel Printouts

For Versions Excel 2002 and UP!

In an Excel printout, there is a quick and easy method to hide error values, such as #DIV/0.
 

 
  1. Select File, Page Setup.
     
  2. Click on the Sheet tab.
     
  3. Click the drop-down arrow of the Cell Errors as box and select Blank. Refer to the sample below.
     
  4. Click OK.
 

 
When the spreadsheet is printed, the error values will show up as blank cells.
