The most common sorting order for e-mail
is by the date and time it was received or sent.
Other e-mail sorting options are:
Subject,
From, To etc. Sorting by
From or To
is handy for finding that one particular e-mail to/from an
individual.
To change the sort order of e-mails
click the column heading of the field you want to sort by and e-mails
will automatically be sorted by the "clicked" column.
