Many of us collect
e-mails in the Deleted Items folder and soon the folder is filled with
100's and sometimes 1000's of unwanted e-mails. These e-mails use up
valuable storage on servers or computer hard drives.
A quick and easy method
of deleting all the e-mails from the Deleted Items folder is to
right-mouse click on the
Deleted Items folder and click
Empty "Deleted Items" Folder.
A warning box will
open, asking if you are sure you want to permanently delete the
messages, click Yes to delete all
the messages.
This method works in
both Outlook and
Outlook Express. The sample above is
