Fast & Easy Removal of Formatting in
MS Office

In Word,
PowerPoint, Publisher and FrontPage formatting can be
removed from selected text by pressing Ctrl + Space (the
spacebar). After pressing Ctrl + Space text will revert to the
default font attributes.
- Select text that
requires formatting removal.
- Press Ctrl + Space.
