Fast & Easy Method of Filling
Non-Consecutive Cells in Excel

You may have tried to copy a group of
selected non-consecutive cells and Excel inform you that it can't
use this command with a multiple selection. There is a solution to
this problem. |

- Select the first cell
- Press and continue hold down the Ctrl
key
- Select additional cells
- Release Ctrl
key
- Type in a selected cell
- Press Ctrl + Enter. All selected cells will
be filled with same entry.
The Ctrl + Enter will also work with
consecutive cells. After selecting cells, type in entry in a cell and press
Ctrl + Enter and cells will be filled with same entry.
